Our technology is always on the move. We craft precision plastic parts. And we need YOU!

We seek applicants who would like to start their apprenticeship in plastics and rubber technology process engineering. A new cohort of trainees starts on 1 September of each year. Prerequisites: high school (lower secondary) school graduate with good grades; good knowledge of maths, physics and chemistry are desirable. We look forward to receiving your detailed application and perhaps even welcoming you soon to our team.

The application documents should let us know who you are and what drives you so that we can get a good first impression. If your documents are well-organised, complete, and free of errors, they are guaranteed to be received positively.

So, make sure to include:

  • an application letter;
  • a CV in bullet-point form;
  • a current photograph;
  • a copy of your last school report;
  • and any certificates and documents on internships and training courses.

Submit your materials by post or online. We will then select applicants for an interview. After the interview, a decision will be taken whether to offer you an apprenticeship contract. Industrial Management Assistant

Today's industrial clerks work with customers, suppliers, and modern information technology. After completing their training, they find jobs in purchasing, logistics, production control, marketing, human resources, controlling, sales, or accounting departments.

The focus of the training here lies in the areas of purchasing, sales, human resources, financial and cost accounting. You will learn to source raw materials at the best price, secure supplies, find the personnel and materials needed for production, and sell the products we manufacture.

During your training at STETTLER, you will become familiar with the various departments in our company so that you can start thinking about the direction of your future career.

Production Technologist

Production technologists plan industrial production processes, set up production systems, and put them into operation. They also monitor and document production processes.

From the development department to serial production and product support: as a production technologist, you will apply your expertise in a number of areas. For example, you might simulate processes, produce samples and prototypes, and test them.

Process technician for plastics and rubber technology

The latest technology and production equipment, new plastics, and high quality requirements characterise the work of a process technician. Process technicians work in our production facility as systems and team supervisors.

The field of plastics and rubber technology processes has evolved from the plastics moulder. Process technicians are needed wherever plastics and derivative products are developed, sampled, manufactured and tested.

At STETTLER, you will be trained as a highly qualified and sought-after specialist in the industrial manufacture of plastic products. The career offers a wide range of opportunities and includes working with modern equipment, care and maintenance tasks, quality assurance, and communication with and controlling computerised systems.
